2 · Contact & booking form

When you submit the contact or booking form, the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, message, and for booking requests the event details) is processed to handle your enquiry. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and (f) GDPR (interest in responding).

The contact and booking form runs on this website's own server infrastructure (serverless functions), hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). The details you submit are stored in a database (Cloudflare D1) to handle your request. Confirmation and notification emails are sent via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). This may involve transferring personal data to the USA, based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Still to add: conclude data processing agreements (DPAs) with Cloudflare and Resend, verify the exact company addresses, and define a retention period for stored enquiries.

3 · Server-Logs

On access, technical data (IP, browser, time) is temporarily stored in server logs.

4 · Cookies

The site uses only technically necessary storage (e.g. language choice). Embeds may require a cookie banner.

5 · YouTube-embeds

Individual videos (e.g. live recordings) are embedded via YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only load after your active click — no data is transferred to YouTube/Google beforehand. On playback, personal data (e.g. IP address) may be transmitted to Google Ireland Ltd. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
